Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a seamless experience. However, if you need to cancel your order or request a refund, please review the following terms:

Cancellation Before Sample Collection

Orders can be cancelled anytime before the sample is collected. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation After Sample Collection

Once the sample has been collected and laboratory processing has begun, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. This is due to the personalized and irreversible nature of the test.

Failed or Incomplete Sample

If your sample is deemed insufficient or contaminated, we will arrange one complimentary re-collection. If the second sample also fails, applicable logistics and processing charges may be deducted before issuing any refund.

Refund Method

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (e.g., UPI, card, Razorpay, etc.).
