Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes
before sample collection.

Avoid tobacco or nicotine prior to the test. If consumed, rinse your
mouth thoroughly before collecting the sample.

touching the sponge

Rub along the lower gums for 30 seconds (avoid teeth)

Repeat on the other side
for 30 seconds.

Place the swab back into the
tube and seal tightly

Shake the tube well for 30 seconds
