Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth experience, but if you need to cancel or request a refund, please read the following:

Cancellation Before Sample Collection

You may cancel the order before your sample is collected. A full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation After Sample Collection

Once the sample is collected and lab processing begins, no refund will be issued, as the test is non-reversible and personalized.

Failed or Incomplete Sample

If your sample is found to be insufficient or contaminated, we will arrange one free re-collection. If the second sample also fails, we may deduct logistics and processing charges from any refund.

Refund Method

Refunds (if applicable) are processed back to the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, card, etc.)
