We offer home sample collection by trained phlebotomists or collection agents. The date and time will be scheduled as per your convenience.

Sample Kit Handling

If you receive a self-collection kit:

• Follow the enclosed instructions carefully
• Seal and ship the sample back using the pre-labeled return pouch
• Improper handling may result in invalid results

Identity Verification

Our collection staff may verify your identity at the time of sample pickup to ensure traceability and avoid mix-ups.

Delays and Rescheduling

In case of unavoidable circumstances (weather, health, logistics), we may reschedule sample pickup and notify you in advance.
